2. Shipping Methods & Timeframe

🚚 Shipping Partner: Delhivery (India-wide coverage)
🚚 Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (based on your location)
🚛 Bulk or Custom Orders: May take longer depending on quantity and delivery address.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Charges

✔ Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
✔ Free shipping may be available on select products or promotional offers.

 

4. Delivery Areas

📦 We currently ship across India through Delhivery.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing:

  1. Please take clear photos of the package and products.

    We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund (as applicable).

 

6. Return Eligibility

✔ If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
✔ Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for complete details.
❌ Perishable items like live plants and seeds are non-returnable.

 

7. Address Issues & Undelivered Packages

✔ Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided are correct.
✔ If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
